Anyone on this diet?  I have been on it for about 2 months and i get along with it quite well.  The results for me are pretty good.

I've heard of it before, but I'm vegetarian and the food recommendations were all wrong for me.

There is a book on it.  I cannot remember who wrote it.  The book suggests certain fruits, veggies, and meats for your blood type.  I do eat some meat, but not to much.  I stick to the suggested veggies and fruits.  I do not get into the nuts and seeds and I do not eat dairy.  I actually drink and use rice milk for baking. 
For me this diet is great.

Dawnaurora - What blood type are you?

I did this diet a few years back, but I'm type 0 and they suggested lots-o-meat and I hate meat.
