Has anyone tried a "packaged diet plan" where you buy the food from the company?  I fell off the WWW diet and I'm looking to try something new.   I don't like to cook and I have trouble planning ahead for my meals.  Any suggestions/ideas?  TIA

Well, you will lose weight if you stick to it, but it can be very expensive and you won't learn what to eat to keep the weight off (as you'll just be eating their packaged food) so you'll most likely gain it back.  Also, packaged food is highly processed and full of preservatives.

Just my 2 cents.
