Thanks Janine! I didn't design the site, so I can't take credit for that. I was actually offered a contract to write this blog based on how I write on A Girl's Gotta Spa. So the web design--not me, but the posts themselves--all me.

I read a few reviews, and I thought the blog was pretty awesome.  Only one problem----I'm afraid your blog will lead me to spend more money on makeup!  I couldn't help but follow the links to see what else the sites had to offer.  Maybe it's just me, but it seems hard to find honest, helpful makeup reviews----and there are so many companies to choose from that I want to know I'm getting a good product for my money.

Yes there are so many product driven makeup blogs out there. I admit, I am sent A LOT of free makeup to try out and review. But I tell the PR companies up front that if I don't like the product, I won't write a review. I honestly couldn't live with myself if I lied about a product and then someone bought something and also had a bad experience.

You can click on the link that says "All about me" and it will tell you a little bit about me, but also if you click where it says "b5media" it will take you to a page where you can click the bio's of each blog author. So mine would be Shannon Nelson. I go into a little more detail about myself and also try to reveal that I can be funny.

And please by all means, if you wonder about a product or have any makeup questions, please email them to me!
