New Rat Questionnaire Help

Hi to all the LC Rats...

I need your help here. I want to make this a very valuable resource for Etailers, so I have decided to put together a questionnaire. After each lab rat job the questionnaire will be filled out and sent to the Etailer. If they wish to have the results confidential, then nothing will get posted on the forum. Otherwise the results can also be posted on the forum in shorter version than the questionnaire.

Here's where you come in. Please think if at least 5 questions that we can use to put together this questionnaire, based on things you look for when testing. Example: How did skin react to product? or How long did scent last?

Please email questions to me when you are ready. I will check back in a couple days. I would like to have any questions back by Wed. 11/22.
