Sign up to reserve your spot in the LC Sampler Box Campaigns.

Please be aware that this is a commitment!

Once your items are received, as a thank you, you are entitled to:

• Sample Photo and URL on the Sneak Peeks Page
• Site will be listed on our Sampler Box Etailer participation page
• Company and URL will be posted in the LC Forum & on LC Blog

Send in 40 samples and you will get free button ad space on the site for the entire month of the sample campaign. (Ads must be supplied - Size 150x150).

Send in 60 samples and you will get free button ad space on the site for the entire month of the sample campaign. (Button ad must be supplied - Size 150x150) plus free banner ad space on the LC site and the LC forum. (Must supply banner 468x60) * Button/banner design available!

Send in more than 60 samples and you will get everything listed above as well as your button ad on the LC Blog and a text ad in the LC Shout Box!

** Etailer Sign Up Form **

Are are an Etailer if You make your own product, you promote your own product and you do not have any representatives or consultants working with you or for you. There's a 20 sample minimum to reserve your spot. There is no charge for this option, however if you sign up and fail to send in your samples, you will be ineligible for future sampler box campaigns.

We no long accept direct sales companies in the LC Sample Boxes. If you have any questions as to whether or not you qualify please contact us.
