| TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
- You must be an active
member on the Message
Boards for at least three months
before you can join in on a round robin.
- All items added to the box
MUST BE ETAILER PRODUCTS
- All items added to the box
MUST BE IN CLEAN CONDITION and MUST BE LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD.
- All items added to the box MUST HAVE CLEAN Legible LABELS.
- All items added to the box
MUST BE PACKAGED TO TRAVEL SAFE WITH
NO LEAKING (use tape around the tops, place
in plastic bags if need be, wrapped with bubble
wrap or tissue paper, etc.)
- You are responsible for replacing
the same amount of items that you take
out of the box, PLUS 1 (this
extra will be used to begin another round)
- You must write down what you took out and what you put back in on the paper in the box.
- BEFORE SENDING
the box, you must contact the organizer and
the next person on the list via the Message
Boards
- You must wait for a
reply from the next person on the list
before sending the box via the Message
Boards
- The next person on the list
will have THREE DAYS to respond
with their mailing information (private message
your info) If no response, this person
will be skipped. DO NOT ship the box
before hearing back from the next person
on the list.
- Keep all communication
on the Message Boards for
all participants to keep track of where the
box is.
- You must be willing to ship
to Canada and the USA
- Box must be shipped
with TRACKING NUMBER and/or DELIVERY CONFIRMATION .
We recommend using Click N Ship through United
States Postal Service.
- Extras can
be added to the box such as Retailer products,
samples, etc. These items are considered EXTRA
on top of the products that you have
replaced and the extra item.
- We reserve the right to remove you from the Round Robin list if you become inactive in the forum or if we learn that you are on a bad swapper list elsewhere.
- If these terms and conditions are not met, you will be excluded from participating in future Round Robins.
