- How
many different items will we receive?
We plan to have 8-12 different etailers per
sampler box. We cannot guarantee that amount
due to the fluctuation in etailers.

- Why
do we have to pay for the Sampler Box?
We have purchased packaging materials in order
for your samples to arrive safely and in good
taste. Your payment also goes toward the hired
help to help organize each campaign. Revenue
also goes toward promotional items, advertising
commercially to consumers to help gain exposure
for our etailers who provide the samples to
make these campaigns possible.

- Refunds?
We do not offer any refunds, unless the boxes
do not go out period. If you are unhappy with
a box that you received, we will not be held
responsible.

- Who
Receives the Sampler Boxes?
Our boxes are received by women, ages 18-40.
Vast majority of these woman are highly interested
in the beauty market and are participants
in many beauty communities where they review
the products received.

- Damaged
Shipments
LC is not responsible for damaged shipments.
If you've purchased shipping insurance, all
claims must be made to USPS. Insurance is
optional.

- Etailer
Rules
1. All items sent must be in sample size of
the products.
2. Items must be received no later than the
25th of the previous campaign month in order
to get the boxes to the receiving customers
by the 1st week of that month. (IE. If you
are sending samples for the February Campaign,
you will need to have your samples in by January
25th) Tip: Decorate your items in fancy bags,
ribbons, etc. in order for yours to stand
out among the others. Tip: be sure to insert
a business card or flyer for the receiving
customers to be able to find your items.
3. Items must be able to fit in a 9" X 11
X 3" box. If sending liquid, please secure
the bottles with tape, and plastic to avoid
leakage on others items.
4. Please be sure all items are attached to
the products. We will not be responsible for
assembling items once they are received. We
are not responsible for lost packages.

Do we have to have a web site?
You are not required to have a web site, but
it is a good idea. If you need help in setting
up a web site, contact us and we would be
glad to assist you!

What size items?
Items must be able to fit inside a 9 X 11
size box. This is the size of boxes we use
to package the goodies in, so please be courteous
to other fellow etailers items.

What promotions will LC engage in to help
promote me?
Lemming Central advertises in several different
aspects.
1. You will be promoted on the sampler box
page and in the sneak peaks photo gallery
and also posted in the LC forums.
2. Advertising venues such as internet banner
placement on high visible sites, and periodic
ads in magazines targets toward women.

- Etailers:
How many items do I send?
You should have signed up for a particular
amount. If you are unsure of this amount please
contact us. You may add more than one product
into your bags/boxes of goodies.

- Etailers:
How do I package them?
These items should be individually packaged
ready to be dispersed into the different boxes
in a presentable fashion. We will not be responsible
for assembling your items. If you are sending
liquid items, please be sure to tape each
item well, and put them in plastic baggies
to avoid leakage on other etailers items.
We are not responsible for leakage. We will
notify you if leakage in shipment to us has
occurred. Make sure your contact information
and any coupons are attached. We will not
attach any items to your samples. We will
include any literature in the sample box if
you provide it.

- Etailers:
What do we send in?
Etailers can send in any type of sample(s)
they wish. Some have sent in votive and tealights,
some have sent chapstick, sampler lotions,
bubble bath, shower gel. Some have sent free
sniffies with their items. You should include
a business card, or some method for the customers
to be able to contact you. Coupons are very
helpful as they drive customers to your site.
