Terms
and Conditions
- I am an etailer that makes
my own product and I own my own business.
- I will not hold Lemming Central
responsible for any shortcomings or issues that
may occur from the use of my products either
to Lemming Central or their customers.
- I understand that I am responsible
for assuring any marketing materials supplied
by me for the sampler boxes does not infringe
on any copyrights or trade/service marks.
- All samples must arrive to
Lemming Central on or before the 25th day of
the previous month prior to the campaign. If
received after the 25th I understand that my
sample will be used for the next sampler box
campaign.
- I understand that Lemming Central
may refuse my application for any reason.
- I understand Lemming Central
may refuse to use my products that do not meet
the quality standards as outlined in the sampler
FAQ's section under "Etailers:
How do I package them?"
- If I fail to send in my samples,
I will be ineligible to participate in future
sampler box campaigns.
